Royal Beauty Bright

Closeup of Christmas tree ornaments

Matthew 2:1-12

The King of Heaven and Earth became a tiny baby, wrapped in swaddling cloths, and placed in a manger.

The humble surroundings didn’t cause Him to lose His beauty or majesty. The angels still sang, the shepherds still worshipped, the star still burned.

There is a lyric in a Christmas song that always touches me. It’s a song about the Magi, and the lyric is this: “One king held the frankincense, one king held the myrrh, one king held the purest gold, and one King held the hope of the world.”

No matter what your life looks like today- whether it’s regal or humble, whether you walk with Him daily or haven’t met Him yet- Christ holds the only hope for your life.
